Prices 2022 & 2023: Our prices are based per night including taxes, water, electricity and final cleaning. Also included in the rental price are WiFi (fibre), 1 smart TV in the living room with most European radio and TV channels, plenty of towels and beach towels for the during of your stay, linen (change for stays longer than 10 days). On request we can activate the TV’s in the bedrooms for a fee of € 0,50 per TV per day. We accept a minimum stay of 5 nights.

If you want to spend the winter with us with a stay of at least 1 month, we will be happy to make you a suitable proposal.
Conditions
- Baby’s (up until 12 months) and everyone over 6 years of age is welcome
- Pets are not allowed
Payment: after reservation, we kindly request a down payment of 50% of the total amount credited to our account to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% of the total sum must be credited to our bank account no later than 4 weeks before your planned arrival date.
Cancellation: in the unlikely event that you have to cancel up to 4 weeks before your planned arrival date, you owe us 50% of the total rental price. If you cancel within 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, you owe us 100% of the total rental price. When you are unable to travel to Portugal due to COVID-19, it is possible to postpone your stay by a maximum of 12 months.

Liability: The landlord accepts no liability for the consequences of any accidents or calamities during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa do Cerro, caused by whatever circumstance.
We advise you to take out a suitable travel and/or cancellation insurance.
